Our strand lengths vary and can go up to 43-60 inches. Please reach out to confirm if you need a strand longer than 43 inches.

Should I add a clasp to my waist beads?

It all depends on what you would like to achieve while wearing your waist beads as well as your lifestyle etc. 
 
If you prefer to take them off anytime you want, we recommend a clasp. 
If you do not desire to take them off, we recommend you tie them on.
 
**Traditionally Waist Beads are tied on & must either break or be cut off to be removed.**

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?

If you placed your order before shipping, we will be able to make the necessary adjustments to your strands size.  Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.  Due to the intimacy of our waist beads, we do not accept returns. If you ordered your strand too small, you can order an Extender.

Yes. We are located in South Florida. You can schedule an appointment here. 
There is a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to schedule your appointment which will be applied to your purchase. This includes 1 free reschedule for unforeseen circumstances.

How many waist beads are in an order?

Accepted Answer

All waist beads come as a single strand. We currently offer a “multi strand” line which gives the appearance of having 3 strands on 1 waist bead.  If you prefer to have an additional layered look we suggest purchasing additional waist beads.

How long will it take Kaptivating Krystals to ship my order to me?

All our domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS & International orders are shipped via UPS. Typically orders take approximately 7-10 business days to process. Tie-On Waist Beads, Yoni Eggs, Crystals etc. are shipped directly after processing. If you chose to have a clasp added the order will join the customization line once processed. Orders with a clasp take 3-6 weeks.
